The effect of clogged oil filter on the machine

1. Rotor outlet temperature rises;

2. The oil life is reduced.

(1) The normal oil filter pressure difference gauge is within 1kg. If it exceeds, the oil filter is blocked. The inspection method is: measure the oil temperature of the inlet oil cooler and the oil temperature of the outlet cooler. If the temperature difference is too large, it indicates the oil The filter is clogged.
(2) If the oil temperature is frequently too high, it will lead to faster oil quality cracking (normal working temperature is 80-95°C).

The result of a blocked oil separator

1. The oil tank pressure rises.
2. The outlet pressure is reduced.
3. The motor current rises.
4. Cause the air compressor to trip.
5. Cause the safety valve to exhaust and spray oil.
6. It will cause the loss of cooling oil due to the damage of the oil and gas separator due to excessive pressure. Replace the oil and gas separator (the normal pressure difference is: within 0.8kg)

The influence on the machine when the oil cooler radiator is blocked

1. The temperature at the outlet of the rotor rises, causing the machine to trip.
2. The main motor is overloaded and tripped due to high temperature.
3. The fan motor is overloaded and tripped due to excessive negative pressure. Remove the cooler for cleaning and maintenance.

The influence of poor ventilation and heat dissipation of air compressor station on the machine

1. The temperature of the rotor outlet rises, causing high temperature tripping.
2. Caused by motor overload.
3. Cause the fan motor to overload.
4. The increase in air outlet temperature causes the load of the refrigeration and dryer to increase. It is recommended that customers add air ducts and exhaust systems.

What are the consequences if the minimum pressure check valve fails to close

1. After the machine is started, the oil tank cannot rise, causing the air compressor to fail to load.
2. The oil content of the outlet air increases.
3. On-site air will be poured back into the machine, causing the oil tank pressure to fail to drop when the vehicle is empty and causing the air compressor to spray fuel after stopping. Remove the minimum pressure check valve for maintenance. If it fails, replace it with a new one.

What are the consequences if the intake valve cannot be closed

1. It will cause the pressure of the air compressor to continue to rise after being empty and cause the safety valve to exhaust.
2. The oil tank pressure rises when the vehicle is empty.
3. Cooling oil is poured back from the air inlet when parking. Remove the intake valve for maintenance. If it fails, replace it with a new one.

The influence of the poor contact of the starter connection point

1. The motor operating current increases and causes the motor to overload.
2. The starter heats up and causes a malfunction.
3. The fuse is burned out. Remove the starter for maintenance.

The external power supply voltage is too low, too high or three-phase unbalanced

1. Too low supply voltage will cause motor overload.
2. Excessive supply voltage will cause the motor resistance to decrease and burn out.
3. The unbalanced three-phase supply voltage will cause the motor to overload.
